Sandy Greiner, NCPT

Since 2004, Sandy Greiner has been teaching Pilates on the North Shore.

Her passion is to guide each client to better health and vitality with an individualized Pilates program. "Pilates helps me manage back pain from years of ballet. It develops a mind-body connection that moves my life forward. I love seeing clients thrive from their Pilates practice."

She earned the 500 hour Balanced Body certificate and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher.

With over 15 years of continuing education coursework in Pilates, she has trained under various teachers from both classical and contemporary Pilates lineages.

Her extensive training includes additional certifications in Arcus, AFAA personal training, TRX Suspension Training, Oov, MELT, MOTR, Spin and Pre-and Postnatal Pilates. Before transitioning to teaching Pilates, Sandy made significant contributions to the wellness field as director and creator of Healthy Expectations, Inc. in Chicago and business development manager at Rush Corporate Health Center in Chicago. Her diverse background and commitment to continuing education reflect her dedication to promoting health and wellness through Pilates.
