Jennifer Lande

Jennifer has been immersed in the world of dance from a young age, continuing her dance training at The University of Utah.

Upon moving to Chicago, she spent a decade performing professionally within the city’s vibrant dance and performance community. Jennifer’s passion for movement led her to Pilates, and she became certified in the dicipline through Michele Larrson and Core Dynamics in 2001.

With a depth of knowledge and range of tools to pull from, she has a phenomenal understanding of the human body, rehabilitation and fitness.

In addition to her Pilates certification, Jen completed her certification in gyrokinesis in 2004. She furthered her expertise by becoming a certified Balanced Body Master Instructor. In this role, Jen facilitates teacher training programs, educating aspiring Pilates instructors in the mat, reformer and various apparatus equipment.

In 2018, she expanded her knowledge by completing a Pilates for Neurological Conditions course, focusing on applications for MS and Parkinson's disease. Jennifer’s passion for teaching movement and Pilates shines through her work, as she enjoys connecting with people, and empowering them to build strength and balance in their bodies. Her dedication to helping others enhances the overall well-being of her students, making her a valuable asset to the Pilates community.
